Spare Change

While Bo is gone to Honduras, I planned to stay busy to pass the time quickly.  The main part of the plan was to have 2 additional kiddos around this week.  Mason and Raegan always add to our fun!

The kids decided to have a “soccer game” this morning.  Colby found a jersey for everyone (good thing Kallee can’t read that hers said “HOOPS”.)  Mason was the referee, thus the black and white jersey.  As the pictures portray, Kallee was more into the soccer game than anyone else!  She is walking around in Colby’s neon green soccer socks as we speak!

We followed our game up by an afternoon at the pool with the Gross’ and  Mattie Baker.  The kids swam for 5 hours! (=early bedtime!!)  Linda brought her mom (Grandie) home after a week’s stay at the hospital.  Please pray for her recovery, diagnosis, and whatever treatment will follow.  Please pray for endurance for Ben, Linda, and Uncle Billy (Pepaw..as he told Kallee to call him, which means she now has a Pepaw, Pappaw, Poppie, Pops, and Papoo!!) as they’re having to make some big changes in their lives to help with her care.

Lastly, a big shout out to Carlos today, who is ministering to Bo and I while Bo is away.  Not only did he borrow the truck to go get our mower fixed, but also got the oil changed, the tires rotated, and was cleaning it out when we got home this evening.  People…know you can be a blessing by serving others WHEREVER YOU ARE!

We are missing you, Bo,and can’t wait for you to come home!  We are so blessed and honored to be part of your ministry this week.  Can’t wait to hear how God continues to move in Honduras!
